- Pet-friendly options span several room categories — non-view studios, non-view king cottages, oceanfront suites, and the Bungalows behind the main Lodge. No AC in pet-friendly rooms; bungalow units require stairs (no elevator access). Main-lodge rooms may be on the first or second floor — call for a floor preference.
- Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time. Must be removed or supervised during housekeeping.
- Pets not allowed in the Library/Breakfast Room.
- Leash or carrier required in all public spaces outside the hotel (Cannon Beach city ordinance).
- Owner must clean up after the pet — avoid private property and neighboring lawns when walking.
- Owner is liable for any damage or disturbance caused by the pet, including reimbursement to other guests (e.g. barking).
- Pet may be asked to leave if it becomes objectionable to other guests and no compromise can be reached.
- Pet contract must be signed at check-in, including an attestation that the pet is gentle, well-domesticated, and has no vicious propensities.
